• sourced from world renowned hospital conglomerate OR supply. Held to highest standards of maintenance and care within climate controlled, in-hospital, storage facility.
• Good, fully functional condition confirmed by surgeon consultant DECEMBER 2020 via meticulous and Magnified visual inspection as well as instrument manipulation.
• Overall structural integrity rated as fair. Significant shaft malformation (severe bending and previous manipulation) noted across all dilators; indicative of seemingly “heavy” previous use.
• Aside from aforementioned shaft bends, dilator handles and tips are in excellent overall condition.
• Cosmetically rated as GOOD to FAIR condition based on the following cosmetic flaws noted during reviews:
• Most prominent cosmetic flaw is previous owner identification tape residue. Residue discoloration and staining in various areas of handles across all pieces as depicted. Please reference listing image with caption for better detail.
• scratching in various locations, but predominantly surface level. Some more severe scratches noted in a few areas of handles, shafts, and a few tips.
• Slight discoloration in a few areas as depicted. Darkening on shafts, extremely minor tarnish in some spots as depicted.
