You are bidding on a Vintage Used License Plate Topper.  This  metal topper states PLEDGED TO THE PURE OIL COMPANY USA  DRIVE SAFELY with PUROL-PEP written in the center.   Measures 9 1/2 " wide by 5 1/4 " from top to bottom and has two holes at the bottom  for attachment.  Has wear and paint loss from years of use.  A different style of topper for Pure Oil.   Being Sold in AS FOUND and needs cleaned.   Please check all the photos.
