This carbon steel axe head measures 5 1/4" inches overall 3 3/8" inch cutting edge. Treated for rust prevention and is one of the best and easiest I have ever found to work with. Perfect size for back packing, hiking and camping. A modern day testimony to the pioneer spirit.
