Vintage Mid 20th C Republic Chinese Red Cinnabar Carved Vase Jar Scholar Art NR

Up for auction is this vintage mid-20th C late Republic or PRoC period Chinese red cinnabar lacquer carved vase jar with blue enameled interior and base on copper.
Incredible detail and thick layers of cinnabar that were deeply carved. We see pine trees and mountain landscapes surrounded by waters and pagoda structures and dwellings. There are floral vine scrolls on a top band around the shoulder and between the carved cartouches.
Base sides have repeated long leaves.
Missing it’s original lid but still a fantastic work of Chinese scholar art. Real genuine cinnabar lacquer and in excellent condition as shown.
Measures 4.75” inches tall and 3.4” inches wide (12.1 cm, 8.6 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
