Vintage Hand Forged Axe Head With Hardwood Handle 17". Axe Head Has Scratches, marks, and stains from normal use. Back edge has hit marks from normal use. Hardwood Handle has scratches, and marks, from normal use. There is no makers mark that I can see. Blade could use a proper sharpening. Whoever did the work did a really nice job making the axe head. Blade is 4.75", Length is 5 7/8", Back Edge Length is 2", Thickness is 1 5/8", overall length is 17". Axe is in good used condition. Axe has great patina. Good Luck, What A Cool Piece.
