You are looking at a vintage OEM USED General Motors Chervrolet dealer accessory license plate frame. Chrome plated cast metal. Has the early Chevy badge logo with the Bowtie insized. Bottom of frame has 2 clips that go around the license plate. Up on top are two threaded bullets that are cast into the frame. Nice shape, no cracks / breaks. Chrome could use a buffing.
