These don’t come up often and I had to triple check that this was a duplicate as it is an extremely important document for those like me who absolutely love this ship.
This is the brochure printed for Venture Cruise Lines SS AMERICA, which made her debut on the cruising scene full of rats, trash and very disgruntled passengers.
It all came crashing down within days and the ship was seized and eventually sold back to Chandris to eke out one more year without her forward funnel as ITALIS before thirteen years of decay followed.
