Kemimoto CVT drive belt for ranger rzr and sportsman is made of Chloroprene rubber and Aramid string cords, which are designed for high temperature resistance and enhance durability. Additional nylon cloth is added to the surface of the belt to make the belt more durable.
To extend the life of your UTV and ATV, manufactures recommend that drive belt should be replaced every 50 hours of six months usage or 1000 miles to maintain your machine in excellent performance. Don’t wait until it is too late to replace drive belt as it may cost you thousands of dollars in repairing affected or damaged parts of your machine caused by the belts.

Use drive belt correctly first time:
1. Driving your SXS in two-wheel high for 20 minutes between 25-45 mph (40-72km/h) in flat terrain, avoiding hard and super fast accelerations in hills or dune.
2. Shift the belt through normal operational range by varing the engine RPM and UTV speed. Avioding excessively fast instantaneous speed causing slippage of drive belt and do not exceed ¾ throttle during break-in.
3. In extremely cold weather, extend the break-in time by 5-10 minutes to make the belt to warm up optimally.
4. Cooling down for 30 minutes after turning off the engine when you drive over 20 minutes.
4. Recycle the able thermal steps, turn the unit OFF and let the belt cool down for 30 minutes.
Warm tips for using drive belt:
1. Breaking in right and calm down way.
2. Adjusting your driving style and no violent accelerations on surfaces where are in sand and dirt.
3. Cleaning the cluth regularly and keeping the clutch clean will help improve performance and extent the belt life.
4. Checking whether the two clutches are aligned, if not ,use a clutch alignment tool to help straighten the clutch.
5. If the clutch open too far and the belt will fall onto the clutch shaft, therefore, increase the speed limit washer to preven the main clutch from closing too far at high speed.
