Item has not been authenticated, please see picture/pen stroke and size to determine before you buy authenticity. This was obtained from a garage sale from someone who was into golf this was the only signed golf thing they had amount other golf equipment and clothing, so it leads me to believe they obtained the signature themselves from Jack. Again please see picture first before purchase, I am not an authentication expert and I cannot make guarantees only assumptions. Cap itself has some damage / dirt and signs of ware on the inside.
Sticker and or number on item is used for inventory purposes, any peg pictured is also used for inventory purposes, it may or may not be included with the item when shipped.
