Description
Stryker Howmedica Osteonics 4940-9-920 Hoffmann II Compact External Fixation System. This set is mostly complete but there are a few pieces missing to include 5 Angled Posts, 8 Rod to Rod clamps, two 4 hole Pin Clamps and Thumbwheel but there are several extra Pin to Rod clamps and other pieces. There are a total of 113 pieces to include couplings, clamps, rods, pins and everything fits snuggly into a 3 piece case. Also included is a 14 piece Howmedica 3mm & 4mm Drill Guide Block system. I do my best to list all included pieces below based off part numbers and the Stryker parts catalog.

Manufacturer's Description
Due to its versatility, the Hoffmann II Compact System is indicated for fixation of fractures in the upper extremity and the foot. It is particularly suited for the following indications:
Disatal Radius Fractures (intra or extra-articular)
Fractures of the foot
Osteotomies
Paediatric Fractures
Fractures with severe soft tissue damage

This is a really nice system and it is more than 90% complete. Everything is here with the exception of 8 Rod to Rod clamps, 5 Angled Posts, thumbwheel and two 4 hole Pin Clamps. There are 3 extra Pin to Rod clamps. All components, rods, clamps, instrumentsand pins have been inspected and they all look new and/or ready to use. The case is nice and clasps are good.
