Fully hallmarked RMS Empress Of Ireland CPR Wreck salvaged  5" silver plate finger bowl  complete with the same paperwork. given to me with when I purchased the artifact 10 years ago from the late master diver Bart Malone who passed away 2 years ago . This artifact was recovered by Mr Malone in the 1980's long before the Heritage Protection Order and exported prior to subsequent restrictions. I will provide the buyer with the same chain of ownership outlined on the original letter you will receive signed by Mr Malone for proof of provenance.
