Description
Similar to what was on the Titanic! Circa early 1900’s. This is a stateroom compactum wash stand for 1st and 2nd class passengers on luxury liner cruise ships. It is solid oak and sink lined. The water tank is behind the mirror. It has a faucet. It probably had a lid at one time. When you fold the basin shelf up, it empties the water below. There would be some sort of catch vessel. Note, this is not the original wash basin. This one is just siliconed on. It is too deep and prohibits it from closing properly. I have only seen 3 including mine. One is in the UK. (Over 00 US Dollars on eBay UK).Could be great in a cabin or tiny house if you do not have a stateroom if your own to use it. Man cave! It is just a great and rare conversation piece.
18-1/4” wide x 69-3/4” high x 10” deep. Freeport local pickup. Need a shipper? Try uship. I have a guy I work with that handles the eastern states and seaboard.
