Oriental Porcelain Umbrella Stand with Birds Kutani?18" high

Description

This is a beautiful Oriental umbrella and cane stand.  It is accented with flowers and birds and gold tones.  it stands 18" high and is in very good condition, no chips or cracks.  It is marked with a Oriental stamp in red.  I am not a expert on Asian stamps or what is the creation date.
