Towards the end of Orient Overseas Line passenger service with features about the soon-to-be-scrapped ORIENTAL ESMERALDA (ex RANGITANE) and budget cruises on the SS UNIVERSE CAMPUS, which would soon lose the “CAMPUS” port of her name.
First Class Mail shipping in the U.S. is .00 and International First Class is .00.
Generally, I estimate the shipping at the lowest possible rate and if it is still less, I issue a refund on the balance.
If you want to have tracking, then that generally costs more as the basic type of shipping changes from a letter to a parcel.
If you wish to pay extra for a parcel, I am happy to oblige and alter the shipping costs, otherwise I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in today’s unreliable mail system.
