To be clear the hat does not have a COA. A friend of mine had these hat from the Vinny. It is a celebrity golf tournament here in Nashville. Back in the 90's he was a hole marshal. They are the ones that tell people to be quiet and direct the crowd. He made it a priority to have the numerous celebrities sign his hat when they played through. There is 3 of the above signatures and one surprise. I included close up for your inspection.
