To be clear the hat does not have a COA. A friend of mine had these hat from the Vinny. It is a celebrity golf tournament here in Nashville. Back in the 90's he was a hole marshal. They are the ones that tell people to be quiet and direct the crowd. He made it a priority to have the numerous celebrities sign his hat when they played through. Since is was some time ago he did not remember all the golfers so there is a few surprises for you to discover.
