    Up for bid is a wonderful Victorian trade card for American Shoe Tip Co. Shown is a lithographic illustration of a mother dressed in period attire painting the initials of the company. Her adorable son looks on. When you supersize image 1 you will see the artist's attention to detail. The colors are still very nice. If you supersize image 2 you will see that the back of the card has information about this store that was located in DeRuyter, NY at the end of the 19th century.. Measuring 4" X 3" in size, this wonderful card was among a large collection of Victorian trade cards. Victorian trade cards like this one are getting harder and harder to find--don't let it get away!
