    Description

    Matson Lines: One of the nicest brochures ever created post-war for the LURLINE, a twelve-page, full-color pamphlet from the late 1960s.
    The brochure unfolds to three panels to show merry couples hosting a cocktail party, dining with friends, relaxing in the bar, and sunning by the pool. There are several great aerial photos of the ship, with my favorite being a view at sea with Diamond Head in the background.
    Of special interest are the sample cabin photos and layouts. Eleven different types are shown, from the most airy Lanai Suite down to the meanest little inside triple, a torture chamber if ever there was one.
    Miniature plans of five decks finish up the brochure.
    Very good condition with travel agency stamps on front.
