    Description

A spectacular publication, tracing the history of the HRDL from Fulton's Clermont in 1807 right through the great steel fleet that served historic landings on the Hudson. This is museum quality with 46 clean pages and a beautiful raised printing decorative cover. It measures 8½" x 8⅛". This was an era when railroads and ship and boat lines spared no expense to promote their services.
The cover, front page and back page are lightly separated from the booklet at the top and bottom staples (on the bound edge). The cover has some edge wear (crinkling). Throughout the  book the pages are clean and hug the staples with no separations, splits or tears. I have included scans of the cover, the title page and the one full-color illustration. The rest of the lithographed booklet features black and white photos
This will be shipped FREE first class mail with tracking.in a large padded envelope. I package in an acid-free sleeve sandwiched between two clean pieces of cardboard.
