Early Antique Broad Axe 1790s to 1820s Heart Shaped Makers Mark

For sale is an antique broad axe.  Based on the shape and makers mark I believe this to be from the era between 1790 and 1820, but please verify yourself
.  It is very old so it has a lot of rust pitting, I don't know if the handle is original but it is very old, see the nails that were used to secure the handle, the handle is loose enough to come out, could probably hang on the wall.  Looks like a heart shaped makers mark as good as I can tell.  Also the way axes were made at this time in history was to forge the blade onto the body, so what appears to be a crack along the length is probably the original forging seam.
