    Description

    Short History:
"This Cutty Sark was released by Berry Brothers in 1987
    to
commemorate the 100th anniversary of Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee – her 50th year on the throne, from 1837 to 1887.
The Golden Jubilee is a majestic Scots Whisky, rich and golden in colour, very elegant with a rich, fruty nose.
It has been matured in oak casks with blended whiskies containing some malts over 50 years old.
Cutty Sark is a range of blended Scotch whisky produced by Edrington plc of Glasgow, whose main office is less than 10 miles from the birthplace of the famous clipper ship of the same name.
The whisky was created on March 23, 1923 as a product of Berry Brothers & Rudd, with the home of the blend considered to be at The Glenrothes distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland.
The drawing of the clipper ship Cutty Sark on the label of the whisky bottles is a work of the Swedish artist Carl Georg August Wallin.
He was a mariner painter, and this is probably his most famous ship painting.
This drawing has been on the whisky bottles since 1955.
The Tall Ships' Races for large sailing ships were originally known as The Cutty Sark Tall Ships' Races, under the terms of sponsorship by the whisky brand."
    Important:
I bought this bottle exactly 2001' in Livigno - Italy - so the whisky is at least 68 years old! :)
It came from my private collection.
    Condition:
As you can see in the pictures the Whisky is in very good condition in Original Retail packaging.
The only tiny mistake is that the bottle cap is broken but
    the bottle is UNOPENED!
    (check the pictures)
I accidentally broke off at one move.
I think this one is more authentic with this and probably there is no several bottle in the world with same condition like this.
It could be an awesome gift for your Christmas! ;)
