    Description

    Hello!
    This is an auction for an IMPERFORATE ERROR Plate number strip of 7  of Scott # 5052, the (47c) Flag first-class rate definitive stamp,  Plate # B11111 produced by Banknote Corporation of America.  Initially produced by Sennett Security Products, acquisition of SSP by CCL resulted in similar production techniques and a new Plate Number with the prefix "B".
    Initally produced in 10 roll "logs" that were connected by paper "Macro-Bridges", this error PNC refects a new device used to connect rolls..a "sawtooth" or paper "Micro-Bridge" pattern.  As with the SSP coils, (and S11111 plate number), there is a 2mm wide vertical tagging break between positions 2 and 3.
    The strip is never hinged, is VF-XF and  has no flaws. The above scan represents the PNC that you will receive.
