    We
    are indeed delighted to offer
    this rare Chinese vase featuring an everted rim, carved beneath a pale celadon glaze. A band of lappets circle the neck and a deeper bluish hue follow the lines in the carefully composed, meticulous design. A lotus and ruyi motif are part of many non-repeating designs. It showcases a wide band of flower heads and foliage, a narrower band of stiff leaves at the shoulder, and the base shows an apocryphal mark of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). It measures approximately 11.5” high x 7” diameter and is gently used
