    might be Zimaloy - not marked !!!
    The ball is approx 2" diameter ( 50mm )  the actual total length is13-7/8"   that includes ball and stem.    this part has scratch marks and some scuffs,   its selling " for parts not working  AS IS  not for medical implant use.    AS IS  no returns
