    Ryo Hidefumi, a new-generation knife artisan craftsman living in Okinawa, Japan.
    Ryo Hidefumi was a student of Kikuo Matsuda . He had his own brand "King Sanshou" “金の三穫”, which means "three great harvests in one year" between Japanese farmers for greeting each other.
    Ryo was originally a kitchen knife artisan craftsman. His Damascus steel Blade Chef's kitchen knives are well-known in high-end restaurants in Okinawa, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, and Fukuoka.
    Today, we are honored to bring some of his recent works to the United States to share with friends. Ryo Hidefumi is my friend who studied at the
    Technische Universität München
    . He was studying metallurgy at the time and he was also a astronomy enthusiast. N
