Simply connect the pressure hose leading from your regulator to the hose barb on the 2 way air manifold. You now have 2 - 5/16 hose barb shut off outlets that can connect to your keg couplers. These shutoffs are HEAVY DUTY and not the low cost shutoffs that leak gas used in cheaper manifolds.
