This is a 1984 Fire Pumper Transportation issue.  Scott's Cat # 1908.
These are Premium Quality Collectable Coil Strips of 5 Stamps.
Five Strips with Plate # 12, and Five Strips with Plate # 14.
The Stamps are Mint Never Hinged Original Gum.

When shipping, Stamps are Protected.  The Stamps/Sheets/Booklets are wrapped in wax paper, fastened to stiffened backing to protect edges, fastened within a manila folder, and inserted into envelope.  Also, I use a variety and combination of newer/older postage stamps when mailing.
