1974 MG MGB

Today, June 29, I'm lowering the price again. For a number of reasons I'm committed to selling this for a price that's far below its value and a fraction of the amount invested by the last owner and myself.. My hast is driven by health concerns and the sale of a house with a three car garage.
Today, June 14 I'm lowering the price to a figure that is well below its actual value.. I thought  this car was sold 2 weeks ago but the  buyer didn't seem to exist,.
I've owned this car for a few years, with my intention being to restore it to the level of other cars I've done over the years. The interior is all new. It runs well, but because of an unrelated personal  event, I'm selling it with a few items unfinished.
The past owner must of had an obsession about rust. The most obvious is the dark rustproofing sprayed over the engine bay and rust proofing evident from the Ziebart  type plugs around the body. I've started to remove the engine bay spray, but there is more to do..
Another item that is needed is the spare tire. The boot has a new carpet set and nice spare tire cover, but a spare is needed. A further flaw is a 2 or 3 inch tear in the rear drivers side of the top and the top does seem to be fairly new.
The odometer shows around 11,000 miles, but I'm sure, since talking to the last owner, that it is probably 111,000 miles.
This MG has had most of the heavy lifting done, its ready to drive, but to make it the car it deserves to be, there is a bit more to do as noted..
A number of incidental things are also included. A tannau cover that I don't believe had ever been installed. An MG cup holder and pictured interior items that were never installed.

And a further note from someone who has  been involved with unique cars for decades. Ferraris, an Aston Martin and a racing  Mini Cooper  This "B" has real style and its a ball to drive, but its over 40 years old, but its not not your Aunts Prius.
